Billfish Poolside Bar & Grille in Island of Hawaii

Food has no flavorings at all, burgers was bland and boring... only sweet potatoes fries were good.

Engaging bartenders, enjoyed my times there.

I expected the food to be over priced for a pool side bar but it was over priced and TERRIBLE. Only reason I'm giving 2 starts instead of 1 is because the servers/staff was very nice. I sent my food back for the first time in my life because it was inedible. They replaced it and it was bad but edible. Don't but food from here.

A very fine poolside bar. The food is great. The service is very good. The scenery is beautiful. A very nice place to chill out and enjoy the sights, sounds and beautiful weather of the Big Island.

Not that great, OK if you are staying in I guess. Drinks aren't that good, fried wontons (happy hour) were bad. Can't speak to the other food, moved on after the wontons...

I found hair on my kale salad. It was fake. Off the bull but seriously ??? Otherwise great view and the grilled chicken sandwich we got was nice !

Beautiful pool and a view of the ocean!I would recommend getting there early to get a good seat under an umbrella.I took off a star because it's pretty expensive.

Delicious Ahi Poke, Loco Moco has Awesome portions, the Hamburger is so Ono! Best part is you can dine poolside with the whole ohana or friend's

Great place for happy hour

Place was pretty good. Nice people but the first waitress that helped us was rude and inattentive. We had to yell our order from 15 feet away. It was a little awkward in a semi-busy environment. Everyone else there was pleasant and the drinks were good. I'd go back on that first gal's off day 100%

You know I love this place so much cuz I'm a designated driver and I can bring my dates as well as pick up beautiful chicks here that's all I can pick up anybody

Great spot by the pool. The staff have been friendly every time. The couple of food times we ate were very good (fries and wings. Mostly we got drinks, which were great!).

So, so food that is overpriced and drink pours that are less than generous. Better to take a short walk to places like Quinn's or the Kona Inn.

BilgefishFood is horrendous. Drinks are the only thing that rates any stars whatsoever. Avoid the fish tacos at all cost. During happy hour, the appetizers are half off....literally. They are actually HALF THE SIZE. There's awesome food within 300 feet of this place. Walk, stumble, roll...just go.

Perfect place to grab a bite by the pool. Good beer and decent wine. Grilled Ono fish tacos are to die for.

Decent food with decent service.

Started with our server bringing me the wrong drink-- him: "are you sure that's not what you ordered?!" Me: " yeah. But I'm easy. That's ok"Food came -- I ordered the wrap without the bacon and shrimp (vegetarian) My wrap came as lettuce wrapped around tomatoes. No tortilla. No avocado. OK. A $12 salad I ate with my hands. Parking was $14 for an hour, to add insult to injury. Nice setting, but I won't be back.

Nice patio bar by pool in Courtyard Marriott, King Kamehamea. Amazing views of ocean and beach. Good food and nice drinks. Servers are very attentive and friendly. I come back to Kona often since everyone is just so darn nice! This is a great relaxing hotel with a great bar.

Good happy hour menu! Drinks need some work.

Avoid this place. Food is 1star. Entrees have missing ingredients. Staff tells you after they bring you out the food. Wait an hour for a simple entree. Not worth your money or time.
